I didn’t want to go aftermarket because it just looks bad to me personally on these cars. It has the stock boring radio with no bluetooth or touch screen or anything. What I do is run TomTom on my iPhone, as it outshines the internal satnav in almost every area. In this video, I am just talking about the process the dealership do to update your Navigation map on your Prius. Just picked up a 2010 Base prius with 300k miles for only 750 the radio barely works but runs great. I made a few backup copies of my 9.1 Nav DVD as well, you need to use DVD+R DL (Dual Layer) DVDs (8.5GB capacity), just used 'ImgBurn' to generate the ISO of the original, and then used it to make the copies. This site says they were updated in Nov 2014 and the next update is due sometime this Nov. ![]() The screen door closed and DVD started loading and the screen showed the loading progress. I dont know if this will help, but it looks like Toyota updates map DVDs every year. If there is an issue with the item, we will replace it within 30 days of Purchase. Well, just to put the cat in the melting pot, I also recently purchased a Gen2 Prius and it has a 2007 satnav DVD. I inserted the now warmed back up DVD and no clicking.
